Our coaching focuses on optimising workplace strategies, structures, to improve productivity, relationship communication, and overall success in the role and workplace. Co-coaching is an opportunity for employee and line manager to explore the challenges to help enable to adapt to new ways of communicating strengthening and enhance the working relationships.
Natalie is renowned for her engaging delivery style, from workshops and training, to relaxing sound baths. Natalie is qualified to cover a range of topics including 'motivational interviewing'. Her passion is in wellbeing and regularly hosts calming wellbeing sessions, always including EFT tapping, sound baths. and mindset work.
