Workplace Strategy Coaching offers a personalised approach designed specifically for employees and their job role. This type of coaching focuses on helping employees to optimise their workplace strategies, structures, and environments to improve productivity, relationship communication, and overall success in their role and workplace. AN INTRODUCTION TO
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing will improve skills to facilitate conversations to encourage positive behaviour change. Our interactive training session will provide foundational knowledge and practical skills to apply M.I in various settings, including housing, addiction, and management.
