NEURODIVERGENT COUPLES COACHING
If one or both of you identify with ADHD or AuDHD traits, this coaching is designed to support your relationship in a way that truly fits your neurodivergent experiences. Navigating a relationship when neurodivergence is in the mix can bring both incredible strengths and very real challenges—from communication struggles and emotional misfires to feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. Couples Neurodivergence Coaching helps you move through these patterns with practical tools and personalised strategies that make sense for your relationship dynamic. Whether you’re stuck in cycles of conflict, dealing with the impact of executive dysfunction, or simply feeling disconnected, this coaching is about understanding each other more clearly and working together more effectively.
Together, we can work to improve communication and reduce conflict, build emotional connection and shared understanding, develop strategies for managing ADHD-related stressors as a team, and create practical routines and systems that work for both of you. This work isn’t about fixing either of you—it’s about strengthening your connection and building a relationship that works with your brains, not against them.
