1:1 EFT THERAPY
Get support for your mental and emotional needs, let us calm the chaos of your negative thoughts and beliefs, and release the negative emotions. Individual sessions are tailored to your specific needs, releasing the emotional blockages that continues to keep hold of you.​ Are you struggling with persistent negative thoughts or feelings? Uncover the root cause of your challenges, neutralise the attached emotions and rewire thinking. You can release painful past experiences, releasing the emotions, and rewire new ways of thinking.​​​ Individual sessions are 1 hour long and are delivered online over Teams. These are provided on an ad-hoc basis, though a minimum of 3 are recommended. Individual EFT therapy sessions are available for private clients, or as a complimentary service additional to your Employment Assistance Programme.
INTRO EFT TAPPING
Introductory workshops are designed to introduce people to the science, benefits and application of EFT tapping. Ideal for anyone exploring how to apply for self-practice, including healthcare professionals, teachers, and community members. Learn how to apply this simple technique to deal with daily stressors. We will introduce the basics and guide you though a simple tapping sequence, that you can easily follow and implement as your own regular self-practice. ​You will understand the transformative power of tapping and know how to self-apply. A Tapping Meditation class is an affordable way to bring EFT into your life. Attending a group tapping meditation, is a great way to get you equipped with the basics of tapping as a technique in a meditative way. This is a fast and effective way to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, release tension, release negative emotions and promote positive thinking.
