WHAT CLIENTS

SAY

"Managing health challenges while working full-time can be difficult, but I now feel much more equipped with a stronger toolkit that empowers me to adapt, try new approaches, and continue growing."

"My team has noticed a huge difference in my abilities and also in my confidence in my abilities. ADHD coaching helped me break down and anchor all of my flying thoughts and chaotic brain, as well as helping me not to resent the way my brain works."

"I honestly didn’t expect to gain as much insight as I did, or to experience such a significant shift in how I approach my work. I’m still amazed at the difference that even small changes have made, like how I manage my diary."

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

Individuals have the autonomy to select who provides your Access to Work support. As a LEADING  independent  provider, our coaches specialise in helping overcome workplace challenges, and develop appropriate coping strategies to better manage symptoms. A coach can provide you with the tools and strategies you need to manage your symptoms at work, and beyond. This may look like time management, organisation, prioritisation, stress management, or emotional regulation. You will learn strategies that work with you rather than against you. We offer approved services as per Access to Work recommendations, which can be customised to address each person’s unique needs and challenges.

FAQs - ACCESS TO WORK COACHING

Co-Coaching has been incredibly beneficial for developing my working relationship with my manager. It identified multiple ways to improve my supervisions, which have had a significant impact on them. Co-Coaching was an excellent opportunity to reflect on how I work, as there were multiple perspectives to build a better picture. My manager was able to gain a much deeper understanding of ADHD and how it impacts me in my role. I was able to discuss with my manager multiple areas that I struggle with, and reflect on the underlying causes.
