WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"Managing health challenges while working full-time can be difficult, but I now feel much more equipped with a stronger toolkit that empowers me to adapt, try new approaches, and continue growing."

"My team has noticed a huge difference in my abilities and also in my confidence in my abilities. ADHD coaching helped me break down and anchor all of my flying thoughts and chaotic brain, as well as helping me not to resent the way my brain works."

"I honestly didn’t expect to gain as much insight as I did, or to experience such a significant shift in how I approach my work. I’m still amazed at the difference that even small changes have made, like how I manage my diary."

Natalie is highly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and creates a supportive, non-judgemental space that made it easy to be open and reflective. I would highly recommend The Chaotic Mind Coach to anyone looking for ADHD coaching.
