ACCESS TO WORK
Access to Work is a government-funded program that provides financial assistance to support individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, or neurodivergence with practical support, including coaching. Its goal is to help you be able to better manage challenges to remain in work.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"Managing health challenges while working full-time can be difficult, but I now feel much more equipped with a stronger toolkit that empowers me to adapt, try new approaches, and continue growing."
"My team has noticed a huge difference in my abilities and also in my confidence in my abilities. ADHD coaching helped me break down and anchor all of my flying thoughts and chaotic brain, as well as helping me not to resent the way my brain works."
"I honestly didn’t expect to gain as much insight as I did, or to experience such a significant shift in how I approach my work. I’m still amazed at the difference that even small changes have made—like how I manage my diary."
ACCESS TO WORK COACHING
The UK's Access to Work scheme provides financial assistance to individuals, including neurodivergence, who would benefit from coaching to better manage their symptoms and thrive in the workplace. Managed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the scheme offers grants to cover the cost of coaching. Access to work gives you the autonomy to select who provides your coaching support. The Chaotic Mind Coach is an independent leading provider (as recommended by Maximus) of ADHD coaching and coping strategy training funded by the Access to Work scheme.
HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
Our coaches specialise in helping individuals overcome workplace challenges, and develop appropriate coping strategies to better manage symptoms. Your coach can provide you with the tools and strategies you need to manage your symptoms at work, and beyond. This may look like time management, organisation, prioritisation, stress management, emotional regulation, and more. You will learn strategies that work with you rather than against you. The Chaotic Mind Coach offers ADHD Coaching, Workplace Strategy Coaching, Co-coaching, and Coping Strategy training, as per Access to Work recommendations, which can be customised to address each person’s unique needs and challenges.

CLIENT PRAISE
“You have helped me to positively transform many dimensions of my life from the professional to personal.
You observed, listened, and asked good questions to identify where I could become more organised and efficient. My ADHD diagnosis is no longer a life sentence fuelled by not meeting my potential and I can clearly see a brighter future. With your help, I have clawed back four hours (plus not overrunning appointments is probably another 3-4 hours) in my working week just by adhering to time boundaries. In addition, because of the benefits enjoyed by reducing brain fog and improving wellbeing in the working day, we identified barriers to exercising more often and now I exercise every day first thing in the morning too. Overall, I think more clearly, I am more effective, and more confident about my contribution to the organisation I work for. I highly recommend Natalie for her ability to laser focus on organisational dysregulation that may not have ever been considered or seemed too overwhelming to address."
"COACHING WITH NATALIE IS LIFE CHANGING!"
