Natalie's journey from chaos to calm fuels her passion for helping others to achieve the same. With plentiful lived experience, a brain surgery survivor, and living with a chronic condition she is knows how managing life challenges can create internal chaos. She empowers individuals with personalised tools and strategies that work for their unique minds, including living with neurodivergence. The Chaotic Mind Coach supports in reclaiming peace, building resilience, thriving with purpose, and ultimately co-creating desired transformation.

Sarah is a qualified ILM Level 5 Coach and Mentor with over 15 years’ experience supporting behavioural change and mental health. Proudly neurospicy - Sarah brings lived experience that allows her to work with empathy, honesty, and without judgement. With a background spanning addiction services, criminal justice, domestic abuse support, and community settings, has shaped a grounded and compassionate approach. Sarah offers a calm, supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and able to move forward in a way that works for you.

As a small team, our coaches have worked with 1000’s of clients across various educational settings, mental health services, health & wellbeing, and supporting in behaviour change. Our mission is to help others cultivate a calmer mind, build resilience, and take confident steps towards a more balanced life. By combining evidence-based methods with lived experience, we guide you through personal transformation - helping clear the chaos that clouds success.

"I have found coaching sessions to be incredibly helpful. I found it really beneficial how flexible you were in terms of what we could work on within a session. You always checking with me and asked how I was doing, sometimes this involved changing the focus on the session due to current circumstances. I feel that the changes we made in our sessions have helped me to move forward with my current training within the NHS. I found the calendar support (including colour coding/being more specific with tasks/scheduling tasks at specific times) advice around creating links between something positive (like music) and a task I find less stimulating (such as writing a letter)."
