Co-Coaching has been incredibly beneficial for developing my working relationship with my manager. It identified multiple ways to improve my supervisions, which have had a significant impact on them. Co-Coaching was an excellent opportunity to reflect on how I work, as there were multiple perspectives to build a better picture. My manager was able to gain a much deeper understanding of ADHD and how it impacts me in my role. I was able to discuss with my manager multiple areas that I struggle with, and reflect on the underlying causes.
